This important notice sets out the terms of use of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) report on the Sepik Development Project. Any party that reviews this EIS report, by that act, acknowledges that it understands and accepts the statements, disclaimers, and limitations set out in this ‘Important Notice’.

Nature of this document

The EIS report was compiled by Coffey Services Australia Pty Ltd for Frieda River Limited, in relation to the Sepik Development Project located in Papua New Guinea (PNG). Each chapter of this EIS report forms an integral part of the whole report. The EIS report must be read in its entirety.

The EIS report is intended and has been made available to the Conservation and Environment Protection Authority (CEPA) of PNG for the purpose of considering and assessing the application made by Frieda River Limited for environmental approval of the Project under the Environment Act 2000.

The EIS report is the exclusive property of Frieda River Limited, who reserve and assert all proprietary and copyright interests.

Responsibility for information

In some instances Frieda River Limited has relied on data and other information and advice supplied by third party organisations. Key assumptions and the reliance on other experts relevant for the writing of a chapter and/or associated technical appendix are identified in that chapter and/or associated technical appendix. The list is not intended to be exhaustive and does not reference all data that was sourced externally. The use of the EIS report shall be at the user’s sole risk absolutely and in all respects.

Date of the report

This EIS report is dated 7 November 2018 and the information was current as at that date.

Effect of rounding
A number of figures, amounts, percentages, prices, estimates, calculations of value and fractions in this EIS report are subject to the effect of rounding. Accordingly their actual calculations may differ from the calculations set out in this EIS report and numbers in tables may not add up to total values or 100 per cent.
Charts, maps and diagrams
Any diagrams, charts, maps, graphs or tables appearing in this EIS report are illustrative only and may not be drawn to scale. Unless stated otherwise, all data contained in diagrams, charts, maps, graphs and tables was based on information available at the date immediately prior to the date of this EIS report.
Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve
The information and terms in this EIS report that relate to the Project’s Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimates were reported in accordance with the JORC Code, 2012 Edition.
